• PRE-SHOW: Vik Vice def Alonzo Cruz via submission in 5:29
• Wilbur Whitlock came to the ring with the NEOPro Wrestling Championship. Whitlock addressed the tournament to crown a new champion following his retirement. Matthew Taylor interrupted, but simply showed his respect to Wilbur and congratulates him on his victory at NEOPro IV and then left. Wilbur placed the championship on the mat and told the locker room to step up and earn it.
• Bill Collier def Tyler Jordan via pinfall in 12:43 to advance in the championship tournament. After, Collier offered a handshake, but Jordan refused and walked away.
• Xay Garcia def Kristian Robinson via pinfall in 7:35 to retain the Indie Wrestling Guide Championship
• Joseline Navarro def MIKA via pinfall in 7:25 to retain the NEOPro Wrestling Women’s Championship in a No Disqualification Match with Megan Meyers as Guest Referee. During the match, MIKA accidentally struck Megan, which led to a dispute between the two, which eventually aided Navarro in securing the victory
• Isaiah Prince def Colton Quinn via pinfall in 8:29 to earn a future Great Lakes Championship opportunity
• Izzy Lambert came to the ring. He addressed his victory at NEOPro IV over Bobby Beverly and Toby Klein in a Triple Extreme match, and his inclusion in the championship tournament. Izzy vowed to become the new NEOPro Wrestling Champion and Freakin' Destroy!
• Tre Lamar def CRASH via pinfall in 15:20 to advance in the championship tournament
• Studio 86 def Patrick Hayes & Jimmy Shane via pinfall in 12:08 when Bill Martel pinned Patrick Hayes to become the NEW NEOPro Wrestling Tag Team Champions! During the match, Patrick Hayes contemplated using the championship as a weapon, but thought better of it. The same occured when Bill Martel considered using the loaded f***y pack but opted to toss it down instead. Following the match, both teams shook hands.
