Village Theater staff have been made aware that residents came to our facility to view the current exhibit in the Gallery at Cherry Hill, only to find that it was closed. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused by not posting the change in hours for the Gallery at Cherry Hill for the holiday weekend. Hours are always subject to change, but we neglected to post this change for the holiday weekend.

Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope to see you at the Gallery at Cherry Hill when normal operating hours resume on Tuesday, May 26.

The Countdown to Liberty Fest 2026 Has Begun! Canton Township's 33rd Annual Liberty Fest will be held on June 18, 19, and 20, in Heritage Park, located behind 1150 S. Canton Center Road in Canton, Michigan and is presented by Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers. New this year, the festival will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day. In addition, Canton’s community fireworks will be held later in the summer as part of the “America 250” celebration.

Calling all Disney Fans! Make plans to attend Happily Ever in the Park this Sunday and celebrate all things Disney with two special events! Start your day at the Canton Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., featuring local vendors and artisans, a kids’ craft, special appearances by Disney characters, a Disney-themed photo booth, live music, a cooking demo, and much more.

There are plenty of great opportunities to see live theater this week at The Village Theater! First up is The Great American Trailer Park Musical, a raucous and heartfelt comedy set in the Armadillo Acres Trailer Park in Starke, Florida. Beneath its wild and campy surface, the show highlights the resilience and humanity of its quirky characters, making it a cult favorite among fans of offbeat musical theater.
