Because here’s what people don’t always see behind the photos, the galleries, the Instagram posts, and the “successful business owner” title…
The mental load.
The constant switching between being “mom” and being “on.”
Answering wedding inquiries while making snacks. Editing galleries after bedtime. Location scouting with a grocery list running through your head. Trying to pour into your clients while still being fully present for your babies.
There are days you wonder if you’re giving enough to either role.
Days you feel pulled in every direction at once.
And yet… you still show up.
Not because it’s easy.
Not because you magically “have it all together.”
But because both matter deeply to you.
The business you built from the ground up.
And the little humans waiting for you at home.
A thriving business and a present, grounded family life can exist together — but not without intention.
It takes systems.
It takes boundaries.
It takes support.
It takes finally admitting you were never meant to carry every single thing alone.
The women doing this well are not superhuman.
They’re supported.
They’re structured.
They stopped glorifying burnout and started protecting their peace.
That’s the real shift.
You stop living in survival mode.
You stop “figuring it out as you go.”
And you start leading your life and your business with intention — like the CEO, mother, and woman you were always capable of being.
Shout out to my incredible family that helps our family through it all. None of this life and my work would be possible without any of you, you know who you are. ❤️
