To our loyal Brown Brother’s BBQ family:

If you’ve watched our latest Reel, you know we’re making some adjustments to our brisket pricing. We want to be 100% transparent with you about why, because you aren't just customers to us—you’re family.

The reality of the beef market right now is tough. Beef supplies across the country are at a 75-year low, driving prices to historic highs. We’ve absorbed these increases for months because we wanted to protect your wallet, but we’ve reached the point where we can no longer absorb these costs and continue to operate at the level you expect from us.

When faced with rising costs, we had two choices, and we refused both:

❌ Choice 1: Lower the Quality. Many shops switch to a cheaper, leaner grade of meat to save a buck. We won't do it. From Day 1, we have exclusively used USDA Prime Brisket—the top 2% of beef in the country. We refuse to compromise on the marbling and flavor you’ve come to expect.

❌ Choice 2: Shortchange the Portions. The industry standard portion is much smaller than what we serve. Our standard meat portions are a hefty 8oz, and our Brisket Plate is a massive 14oz. We refuse to serve "skimpy" plates just to hide a price increase.

We will never use lower-quality meat, and we will never shortchange the community that backs us. The only honest move is to adjust our pricing to reflect the current market so we can keep the smokers rolling.

Starting May 28, 2026, our updated brisket pricing will be:
🥪 Brisket Sandwiches: $18
🥔 Texas Loaded Salts: $16
🍽️ Brisket Plate (14oz): $32
🪵 Combo Brisket Add-on: +$5
