08.08 Dream Team Spotlight | Fare Catering and Cheesy Eddie's Bakery 🍽️🍰

The food and dessert lineup were an absolute hit from the very first bite!

Fare Catering brought serious culinary star power to the night! They kicked things off with a mix of artfully displayed spreads and hand-passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a served dinner loaded with incredible flavor.

Cheesy Eddie's brought the ultimate sweet finale! They crafted a classic cutting cake for the special moment, surrounded by a spread of bite-sized desserts that gave everyone a little something to enjoy throughout the rest of the night.

Huge shoutout to both teams for bringing so much flavor and passion to Atwater ✨

If you want to set the perfect vibe for cocktail hour, look no further! Claudia Hoyser and Ryan Hurley completely wowed the guests from the moment the music started, making it the best way to kick off the evening.

Their acoustic set brought so much warmth, style, and undeniable talent to the space. It really added that extra special touch for guests before transitioning into dinner!

A huge congratulations is also in order for these two—Claudia and Ryan officially got married themselves this month! We wish them a lifetime of happiness and are so grateful they helped set the stage for future events at Atwater 🖤

Taylor and his second shooter, DevanMarie Photography, were the ultimate power duo. Their grounding, calm energy set the tone for the entire day, keeping the bridal party and guests completely at ease while ensuring no detail slipped by unnoticed.

Beyond being incredible photographers, they felt like part of the wedding party themselves—hyping everyone up, seamlessly blending into every moment, and bringing a fun, contagious energy that kept everyone smiling from start to finish.

From playing alongside the bride and groom for their grand entrance to setting the perfect mood with sax during dinner, Danny brought a whole new level of entertainment to the space. When the dance floor opened, he truly elevated the entire night - his electric energy, crowd interaction, and talent had guests dancing non-stop💥

Danny was hands down one of the best additions to the reception and he set a serious standard for how to bring a room to life. We can’t wait to welcome him back to the venue!

Next up in our vendor recap series, we’re spotlighting the incredible glam team that broke in our bridal suite: Nikki and Jill from Hair by Nikk & Sarah and Julia from Relax & Wax!

From the moment these ladies stepped into the suite, they brought the perfect mix of high-end expertise and pure, relaxed fun. They fit seamlessly into the morning, keeping the entire bridal party ahead of schedule while making everyone feel completely at ease.

Their attention to detail was unmatched, tailoring every single look so that everyone walked out feeling comfortable and confident. They truly set the gold standard for wedding-morning glam and having them kick off our very first bridal suite experience was an absolute dream 🪞❤️

Continuing our vendor recap series from our first wedding, we have to talk about the talent who kept the party going: DJ Naps from Breakthrough Entertainment!

Flawless ex*****on comes down to the details and DJ Naps delivered on every single one. From the early planning stages, he was detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on making the night seamless. He elevated the entire atmosphere by bringing out the cold sparklers for that ultimate wow factor, keeping guests entertained at the social booth, and ensuring the dance floor was packed the entire night 💃🕺

We are so grateful to have had him bring the heat for our very first wedding here at The Venue on Atwater!
