I could go on forever about pattern, texture, and layers—
because they’re usually the pieces that make everything feel complete 🌷

I think it’s easy to think more *stufff* is needed to create a moment.… but all it really needs is thoughtful intention in the right places.

When it comes to those elements, this table lives rent free in my mind. Between the linens, glassware, candle votives and flowers- each one had its own moment- but layered together created a warm, soft, elevated stunning moment ✨

This is why I ask all the “what if” and worst-case-scenario questions during planning - I promise, I’m not trying to be a Debbie downer

When we already have a plan in place if “the thing” happens… there’s no panic or scrambling around. We simply pull out the plan and keep the day pushing.

But it goes beyond just logistics.

It means I can confidently speak on your behalf, because I already know what matters most to YOU and how you’d want to handle unexpected moments.

Like when a light rain rolls in out of nowhere 30 minutes before your ceremony — we’re not making emotional, fear based, rushed decisions. We already talked through that exact scenario and know the direction you feel best about. Pull out the umbrellas, tell guests to stay dry in their cars, postpone ceremony by 10 to dry seats, and have the outdoor ceremony of your dreams 🤍

I’ve always believed that if you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail — and wedding planning is no exception. A little preparation creates a lot more peace on your wedding day
