When the clock strikes six and it’s time to get down to business—elevated dining sets the tone. ✨🌙
We had the pleasure of catering a refined board meeting last night, where the conversation flowed and the setting spoke volumes. While the full menu offered an array of seasonal selections, here’s a peek at just a few of the standout dishes.
A Spring Asparagus Salad opened the evening: grilled asparagus, roasted golden beets, sweet corn, goat cheese, and watermelon radish—all brought together with a lemon-hazelnut vinaigrette.
One of the mains? Roasted chicken stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, fontina, and fresh herbs, served over creamy polenta and asparagus—a dish as comforting as it was sophisticated.
And of course, the space was brought to life with fresh florals by , adding that final touch of elegance.
