A big shoutout today to our friend Shane Abbott! 🌿

At Canyon BBQ and Grill, we’re proud to use local ingredients whenever we can, and Shane along with his beautiful wife and family are a big part of that mission. He grows some of the freshest cucumbers and onions around, and we’re lucky to bring them straight from his garden into our kitchen.

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from—and even better, knowing the people behind it. Shane’s hard work in his garden shows up in the crisp cucumbers and flavorful onions you’ll find in our dishes. Fresh, simple, and full of that homegrown goodness you just can’t get from a trucked-in supply chain.

We’re grateful for local growers like Shane who help keep Canyon BBQ and Grill connected to our community, one harvest at a time. 🌱

Every Monday and Tuesday evening, Robin makes our Alfredo sauce completely from scratch for the Chicken Alfredo at Canyon BBQ & Grill. No shortcuts, no jars, just rich, creamy homemade Alfredo made the old-fashioned way.

In a world where so many places are looking for the easy way, Robin is still taking the time to make it from scratch because she knows you can taste the difference.

If you’ve been thinking about making the drive somewhere else for Alfredo, don’t. The best is already right here in our little corner of the world.

Due to the power outages in Camp Wood over the last 24 hours, Canyon BBQ & Grill will not be open today as originally scheduled. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as our community works to get back to normal now that full electricity has been restored.

We will reopen tomorrow for lunch from 11 AM–2 PM with our barbecue and regular menu available.

Tomorrow evening from 5 PM–7 PM will be Pasta & Pizza Night featuring:
• Lasagna
• Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
• Chicken Alfredo

All dinners will be served with homemade garlic bread from Juju’s Pantry!

Thank you all so much for your continued support, business, and patience during this unexpected outage. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
