Hey y’all,

After last week’s flooding, we’re going to stay closed on Monday and Tuesday to finish cleaning up, get caught up, and get everything ready for the week ahead.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support while we get things back in order. We’re looking forward to firing up the smokers again this week and seeing y’all soon!

Well, Mother Nature had other plans for us today.

Due to all the rain and some minor flooding issues, we’ll be closed today. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and sure appreciate your understanding.

Y’all stay safe, stay dry, and we’ll be fired back up and ready to serve you tomorrow. We can’t wait to see everyone then!

Whew… what a weekend!

After celebrating America’s 250th birthday, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying all the festivities, why not let us take care of the cooking?

We’ll be serving BBQ for lunch today and tomorrow from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Then tonight from 5:00–7:00 PM, join us for Pasta & Pizza Night featuring:

We want to thank everyone who came out and ate with us over the holiday weekend. Your support means the world to us, and we’re grateful to be part of such a great community.

Just a heads up—we will be CLOSED tomorrow evening. After a busy holiday weekend, we’re taking the night to catch our breath, get everything lined out, and get ready for the rest of the week.

A big shoutout today to our friend Shane Abbott! 🌿

At Canyon BBQ and Grill, we’re proud to use local ingredients whenever we can, and Shane along with his beautiful wife and family are a big part of that mission. He grows some of the freshest cucumbers and onions around, and we’re lucky to bring them straight from his garden into our kitchen.

There’s something special about knowing where your food comes from—and even better, knowing the people behind it. Shane’s hard work in his garden shows up in the crisp cucumbers and flavorful onions you’ll find in our dishes. Fresh, simple, and full of that homegrown goodness you just can’t get from a trucked-in supply chain.
