So, what’s the difference?

Music helps set the tone for your celebration, and the right DJ can play an important role in keeping your event flowing and your guests engaged.

One important question to ask is:

“How far in advance do I need to book you for my event?”

Why does this matter?

Popular DJs and sought-after event dates can book well in advance. Asking early gives you a better opportunity to secure the DJ you want rather than waiting until your event date gets closer.

Booking early can also give you time to:

✨ Discuss your music preferences and must-play songs
✨ Review songs or genres you don't want played
✨ Plan special announcements, introductions, or presentations
✨ Discuss equipment and setup requirements
