To all of our loyal and beloved clients,

33 years ago, my husband and I started this business without knowing how much it would come to mean to us or how many people we would have the pleasure of meeting along the way. From your weddings to your business lunches to your house parties, you have included us in some of the most important and memorable moments of your life, and I can honestly say that we did our absolute best to make those moments as perfect as we could for you.

During COVID, our business (and the world) hit an all-time low point, and we were unsure if we’d be able to keep the doors open. It was thanks to you all, your families, and your friends who came out in droves to support our business and make that possible for us. We are eternally thankful to you all, which makes this all the more difficult for me.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that the time has come for Premier to pass this torch on to another.

We did not come to this decision lightly, and we will miss taking part in your special occasions/events, but the stress of catering, especially post-COVID, has begun to take its toll on us. We hope that you understand and look back fondly on all of your Premier moments.

If you have booked events with us in 2022, fear not, you have options.

1. If you have paid a deposit, we will provide you with a refund.
2. Meet with Patrick Leblanc. Starting January 1, 2022, Patrick will be taking over our kitchen and our recipes. He would be happy to discuss and confirm your event(s).

As I mentioned before, we did not come to this decision lightly. Premier has been our heart and soul, and we have taken great pride in serving the Central Pennsylvania community for the last 33 years. We hope that you give Patrick an opportunity to carry on that Premier spirit.

Over the next few weeks, we will be wrapping up our last Christmas season at Premier.

Thank you for the 33 years of business, support, and kindness. It has truly been our pleasure.
