A little business update & re-introduction 💍✨

As I step into a new season of life, I’ve made the decision to shift the services I’ll be offering moving forward.

At this time, I will no longer be accepting new wedding planning or coordinating clients.

If you are already booked with me for planning or coordinating services, your date is secure and I am honored to continue serving you through your special day exactly as planned.

I will, however, continue offering wedding officiating services and would love to be part of your ceremony as you say “I do.”

To every couple who has trusted me to help bring your wedding day to life, thank you! It has been such a joy to walk alongside you in these beautiful moments, and I’m so grateful for your support as my business evolves.

Meet our Waco YP Member of the week, Jessica Moreno!

Jessica Moreno is a dynamic leader, creative, and community builder making an impact across Waco in multiple ways. She serves as an Executive Assistant at Allied Steel Buildings, where she plays a key role on the Core Team as a facilitator, moderator, and ambassador for Allied University—supporting team members’ growth and development on a global scale. In addition to her professional role, Jessica is an entrepreneur and creative at heart. She is the owner of Jessica’s Wedding Services, celebrating 10 years of serving over 100 couples on their big day, the founder of Para Todos Waco, and the artist behind De La Niña Co., where she creates handmade clay earrings and participates in local pop-up markets.

A proud Waco native with deep family roots tied to her grandfather’s journey from Guanajuato, Mexico, Jessica is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. She is a proud University High School alumni and furthered her education at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She has spent the past 10 years serving as a Confirmation teacher at St. Francis on the Brazos Catholic Church and loves connecting with others through local events, Chambers and organizations. When she’s not working or creating, she is making time for her family and herself. You can find her exploring Cameron Park, reading, or traveling. Jessica says Waco YPs has already opened her eyes to new industries and connections, and she’s excited to continue getting involved and growing alongside other young professionals.

It’s weddings season, and we’re officially in full swing. Back-to-back celebrations from now till May! ✨🤍 From intimate gatherings of 20 guests to up to 800 guests, each wedding will be unique and special!

As your coordinator, my goal is to take the stress off your shoulders, not only for my couple, but also from the family so you can enjoy the day for what matters most: love.

Being a wedding coordinator means living in the moments most people only see for a few hours. 🤍

It’s timelines, checklists, and logistics—but it’s also calming nerves, fixing the unexpected, and making sure love stays at the center of the day.
The wedding industry is beautiful, fast-paced, and deeply human. No two weddings are ever the same, and that’s what I love most. Behind every ceremony is a team working quietly so couples can be fully present, soak it all in, and say “I do” without worry.

✨ Wedding tip: Build extra buffer time into your timeline—especially before the ceremony. Those few extra minutes can make all the difference for photos, emotions, and simply breathing before one of the biggest moments of your life.
I’m honored to be part of these stories, to advocate for my couples, and to help turn their vision into something real and meaningful. This work fills my heart every single time.

Every now and then, someone captures a moment I don’t usually get to see.

As a wedding coordinator, I’m almost always behind the scenes—cueing music, fixing details, calming nerves, contacting vendors, making sure everything flows seamlessly. Rarely am I the one in the photo. So when someone told me to turn around and captured this moment—right after the ceremony exit, with the celebration unfolding behind me—it meant more than they probably realized.

This photo reflects why I love what I do through Jessica’s Wedding Services. It’s not about being seen; it’s about creating space for love, joy, and sacred moments to happen effortlessly for others. It’s about trust, connection, and being fully present on one of the most important days of someone’s life.
