The Laker Theatre Co. presents Thornton Wilder's classic, "Our Town", April 11th at 7:00 PM, April 12th at 7:00 PM, and April 13th at 2:00 PM in the CHS RC Worthan Auditorium.

Described by Edward Albee as “the greatest American play ever written,” Our Town presents the small town of Grover’s Corners in three acts: “Daily Life,” “Love and Marriage” and “Death and Eternity.” Though this piece is a glimpse at life in the early 20th century, its timeless themes resonate with audiences old and new today.

Come see our students shine with their Competitive Showcase!

Laker Theatre Co. presents their 2025 Competition Showcase, featuring Arthur Miller's All My Sons (a one act play) and William Shakespeare's Macbeth (a readers theatre) this Friday & Saturday, February 28 & March 1 at 7pm in the CHS RC Worthan Auditorium. These pieces will be performed for the public in preparation for MSHSAA competition. No advance reservations; seating is by general admission. Donations are appreciated.
Please be advised: these performances are not for children; mature subject matter includes a character taking their own life. These two performances will run approximately 90 minutes in total; both are performed each evening.

Coming to the RCWorthan Auditorium Nov 22-23, The Laker Theatre Co. production of "Between the Lines". Don't miss it!

Camdenton High School's Laker Theatre Company presents Between the Lines, an empowering and enchanting new musical based on the novel by international bestselling author Jodi Picoult & Samantha van Lee. This musical is for anyone who has ever sought to find their place in the world. An outsider in a new town and a new school, Delilah seeks comfort in the pages of her favorite book, where she feels heard and understood by the handsome Prince Oliver. But as the lines between fantasy and reality begin to blur in both extraordinary and astonishing ways, Delilah discovers how to find her place in the real world while keeping her dreams alive.

Performances will take place November 22 at 7pm (silent auction and reception to follow) and November 23 at 2pm and 7pm, with food trucks being hosted in the HS parking lot in between performances!
