For 42 years, our Marinated Grilled Beef Tenderloin has been at the heart of Aberdeen Catery- enjoyed at weddings, corporate celebrations, holiday gatherings, and countless family tables across the South.
When Jack founded Aberdeen Catery in 1983, he set out to create food that blended elevated Southern hospitality with unforgettable flavor. This tenderloin quickly became our signature offering. Its unique flavor profile, perfected through decades of refinement, helped launch Jack’s career and even inspired the name “Catery”- a word he invented simply because it felt as warm and welcoming as the food he served.
What began as Jack gifting extra tenderloins to loyal clients soon became a holiday tradition of its own. Over the years, demand transformed this dish into a stand-alone favorite. Today, more than 135,000 of these tenderloins have graced tables across the country, and we’re honored to continue this tradition again this holiday season
This Year’s Holiday Offerings
Marinated Grilled Beef Tenderloin - $225
Avg. 3.5 lbs - Our signature whole tenderloin, hand-trimmed, slow-marinated, and grilled to perfection. Melt-in-your-mouth tender and the centerpiece of countless Southern holiday tables for over 40 years.
Marinated Grilled Tenderloin Tips (Mini Tenderloins)- $100 / pack
Three petite tenderloins marinated and grilled with the same care as our whole cuts — ideal for smaller dinners, appetizers, or gifting. Extremely limited each season. (about 1.5 lbs combined).
Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin- $25
A one-pound pork tenderloin marinated in our signature blend, grilled tender and juicy — an easy, flavorful addition to any holiday spread. About 1 lb each

To help us stay organized (and cut down on phone calls during our busiest season), we now have TWO separate ordering forms depending on when you need your tenderloin:
🎄 1. Christmas Tenderloin Reservation Form (December 23rd pickup and Shipping Orders)
Use this form ONLY if you are picking up on December 23rd at one of our official pickup locations or choose the Shipping Option.

🦃 2. Early December Request Form
Use this form if you need a tenderloin before Christmas—including Thanksgiving week, early December events, gifts, private dinners, etc.
We guarantee availability for early-season orders, but our team will still confirm your pickup date, time, and location (or shipping, if needed).

Why We’re Introducing Forms This Year
We want to make this process easier for everyone. During November and December, our catering team averages two parties a day, and while we love speaking with all of you, the volume of calls can become overwhelming.
These forms help us organize orders efficiently, schedule pickups, and ensure every tenderloin is prepared exactly when you need it.
You can still call or text us, especially if you’re one of our long-time clients who prefers that method - but if possible, completing the right form is the quickest way to get your order secured.

Forest Acres / Columbia: Petco Lower Parking Lot – Forest Drive (11:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Sumter: Hobby Lobby Parking Lot (2:00–3:00 PM)
Camden: 510 Rutledge Street (4:00–5:00 PM)
Shipping Available (Limited)
We can ship a small number of orders upon request, depending on timing and location.
Shipping costs are provided once we confirm your delivery date and address.
