We are excited to announce our 4th of July special, prime brisket smoked for over 12 hours and then rested for another 12 hours. Brisket can be picked up or delivered locally on July 4th. This is by preorder only with deposit required. We will stop taking orders on June 28th. We look forward to serving you!

On 4/20/24 we will be competing in the South Carolina State Chili Cook-Off in Belton, SC. We are competing in Red and Verde categories. Today I did a practice run on my Verde. Hope it turns out this great in 2 weeks!

Price List
Meats:
Shredded BBQ $14 pound mustard or vinegar
Whole Boston butts $6/lbs precook weight ($40-$60 depending on weight)

We can prepare turkey, ham and brisket all priced by weight.

Sides:
Large: Feeds 30-40 $70
Small: Feeds 10-15 $40

Macaroni and Cheese 
Three cheese macaroni, baked with bread crumbs on top.

Baked Beans
Onions and peppers simmered mixed with sausage, spices and beans.

Broccoli Casserole
Fresh broccoli mix with a cream sauce, spices and topped with cheddar cheese.

Southern Slaw
Tri-color coleslaw with sweet bell peppers and sweet pickle relish. $10 a quart

Greenbeans, butter beans, corn, dressing and cobblers can all be orderd as well.

Just a little practice. You always got to keep perfecting your brisket! By far my best. 20 1/2 hour cook and 7 hour rest at 150 degrees.
