Father God, we come before You in intercession as we lift up our Spirit travel industry family in prayer. Lord, we ask that You touch, heal, strengthen, bless, and favor every employee during this difficult season of loss and uncertainty.

We pour out our love and blessings upon them, Lord and Savior, and humbly come before Your throne with prayer, supplication, and thanksgiving, making our requests known unto You. Father, we pray that You would open new doors and provide new opportunities and positions within the travel industry for each person affected.

We serve a God who is able to do all things, whose greatness is beyond measure. Father, we know that You see all things, know all things, and are present everywhere. Nothing is beyond Your reach or Your power.

We trust in Your perfect timing and place all things into Your capable hands. Strengthen hearts, restore hope, provide peace, and remind them that You are still working behind the scenes even in uncertain moments.

We believe it, receive it, and thank You in advance with grateful hearts.

As of today, May 2, 2026, Spirit Airlines has reportedly canceled ALL flights and shut down customer service operations.

⚠️ Important: DO NOT go to the airport - there may be no staff available to assist you.

Here’s what to do instead 👇

💳 Paid with a credit/debit card?
Contact your bank immediately and request a chargeback for a full refund.

🏢 Booked through a travel agent or third-party site?
Reach out to them directly for rebooking or refund options.

🎟️ Used Spirit points?
Refunds may be handled through bankruptcy proceedings, so updates could take time.

✈️ The good news:
Major airlines like JetBlue, United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Frontier Airlines have announced "rescue fares" and price caps to help stranded passengers.
