Comments on our event staff!
Thank you for your assistance with our event this past weekend. Everything went off without a hitch and everyone really enjoyed the full event!

The onsite support we received was absolutely fantastic! The informal gathering we held on Friday evening in the lounge at Nubar with Richard and his staff was well attended and appreciated by everyone who attended. Then Saturday’s main celebration after our symposium was the perfect end to a long day. The space was exactly what we needed and worked out well with the cocktail reception, coat racks, and bar in one area and the buffet and tables in the other. The staff and servers were attentive, cordial, and professional in every way. I was glad we had an abundance of food that met all dietary needs on both nights. Everyone was enjoying themselves so much that we negotiated an extra hour of bar service with Dawn and Jim (our bartender).

It was an absolute pleasure working with you, Shivani, Dawn, Bailey, Richard, Jim, and the rest of the Nubar and Sheraton Commander staff. You once again have our appreciation and gratitude.

A compliment from a happy guest!

During my recent stay at the Sheraton Commander in Cambridge, I had an excellent experience with several of the staff. At the front desk, Fabiola and Christopher were fantastic. They arranged for my mother and me to have rooms near each other in the same hallway and on a nice floor. They both also were very professional and friendly to us. I have stayed at this property many times, and they immediately recognize me and make me feel very special and appreciated. Fabiola always asks about my family and we have nice conversations. In the Nubar restaurant, Marta always makes time to stop at my table and catch up on family and what we'll doing while in Cambridge. The server staff are also very friendly and make us feel like family. I noticed that Marta now works during dinner several nights per week, so it was also nice to see Marta in the evening at Nubar. As an Ambassador Elite member, I stay at many Marriott properties around the world, but I feel most appreciated and like family at the Sheraton Commander. The fact that the staff has such low turnover rate there says a lot about how well managed that property is. My highest compliments to these folks!
