Okay… I guess we’re doing this 👀

A little while ago I shared an idea that had been sitting in my head for awhile—
A monthly dinner club.

Small. Intentional. Creative. Chef-driven.

I expected maybe a handful of people to think it sounded fun.

Instead…
Over 120 of you reached out interested 🤍

So I’m officially announcing it.

THIRTY SEATS

Thirty members.
Six months.
One seat at the table.
This is not ticket sales.
This is not a traditional dinner event.
This is a private dining membership through Chef Meliah designed to feel intimate, elevated, creative, and unlike anything else we’ve done.

What we know so far:
• Only 30 memberships available
• Six-month membership rounds
• One exclusive dinner every month
• Third Wednesday of each month
• Physical VIP membership cards with your member number
• If you can’t attend, your seat may be transferred to another guest for that month
• Menus, themes, and experiences revealed throughout the season
• No public reservations

Because so many people expressed interest, I won’t be reaching out individually.

Thankful this busy week!! Just wanted to take a second to say THANK YOU to the Cambridge Area Chamber of Commerce Ohio and this amazing community for keeping us so busy this week 🙏❤️
The support you guys continue to show honestly means the world to our team. Between the market, deli, catering, and everything in between… it’s been a whirlwind lately, but we are beyond grateful for every order, every kind word, and every person walking through our doors.
Small businesses truly survive because of communities like this one. We see it every single day. 🫶

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ BIG DAY FOR DOWNTOWN CAMBRIDGE! 🧱❤️

We are SO excited to be part of the very first
Guernsey Crossroad Marathon & Half Marathon and the Cambridge Finish Line Festival!

The Brickhouse Market & Deli will be opening EARLY at 8 AM Saturday May 16, 2026 to celebrate with our community and all of the runners coming downtown!

We’ll have:
🔥 Kitchen specials running ALL DAY
🛍 Market open and stocked
🎶 Downtown energy + finish line festivities
❤️ A whole lot of local love

Honestly… this is exactly the kind of stuff we dreamed about when we opened The Brickhouse. Seeing downtown Cambridge continue to grow, bring people together, and create excitement again is a really cool thing to be part of.

Whether you’re running, cheering someone on, or just looking for a good lunch and a reason to hang downtown — come spend the day with us!

Okay… sooo I’ve been sitting on this idea for a minute 👀

Tell me if I’m crazy or if this is something you’d actually love
I’m thinking about starting a monthly dinner club—
kind of like a subscription for really great dinners.

Not your typical night out though. I’m talking small, intimate, chef-driven evenings. Part demo, part tasting, part just sitting down and enjoying really good food.

The menus would be super creative, and I’d be bringing in ingredients from all over the country—stuff I don’t always get to play with on a day-to-day. Just really cool, elevated, fun food… very R & R.

It would run in 6-month rounds, and I’d only take about 30 people total so it stays personal and actually feels like an experience.

Every month would be something different. New menus, new vibes… just me getting to create and you getting to enjoy it.

✨ A Little Update from R & R Catering + Consulting ✨

When we started R & R a little over 3 years ago, the goal was simple —
stay small, stay intimate, and serve really, really good food.

Fast forward to 2026… and wow.
What started as something small has grown into something we are so proud of — and that’s because of YOU.

Over the last few years, I’ve built some incredible relationships with clients, families, and this community. But we hit a point where we couldn’t grow any further without making a big move…

And then — the opportunity came.

Being in the McKenna’s Building has always been a dream of mine. When Dalton, Nathan, and I sat down together, something just clicked. It felt right immediately.
Like… “this is it” kind of right.

So we took the leap — together.

That’s how Brickhouse Market & Deli was born, and why this partnership means so much to us.

Now — I want to be very real with you guys…

We’ve been a little quieter on the R & R side lately, and that’s intentional.
Our #1 priority has been getting Brickhouse up, running, and successful (and if you’ve seen the chaos… you get it 😂).

But hear me when I say this:

👉 R & R is NOT going anywhere.
👉 We are STILL booking events.
👉 We are STILL here.

If anything — we’re stronger now.

We have more team members, more support, and more opportunity to grow — not just as a business, but as leaders. We’re teaching, training, and building something bigger than just us… and that part matters.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it —
one of the hardest parts of growing is learning to trust other people with your name, your food, and your reputation.

That’s where we’re at right now. Learning, growing, and figuring it out as we go.

🌿 World Health Day 🌿

At R & R, “healthy” has never meant boring… and it’s definitely never meant cutting corners.

To us, it looks like real food.
Whole ingredients.
Things you can pronounce.
Food that fuels you and still tastes incredible.

Because the truth is—
taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel like punishment.
It should feel like sitting down to a meal that was made with intention, care, and a whole lot of love.

Today is a good reminder that what we put into our bodies matters…
but so does how we feel when we eat it.

We’re proud to serve food that does both. 🤍

We know it’s been quiet on the food front… and trust us — we miss it just as much as you do.

We’ve been pouring our hearts into getting Brickhouse ready — every corner, every detail, every little touch. We’re building with a very special team, something intentional, and something we truly believe will be worth the wait.

We cannot wait to get back to what we love most… feeding our community.

We took a tiny break from paint brushes, drywall dust, and renovation chaos at The Brickhouse Market & Deli to return to our regularly scheduled programming… FOOD. 🙌🏼😂

Because at the end of the day, no matter how many walls we knock down — we’re still chefs first.

Featured today:
An absolutely gorgeous grilled vegetable tray layered with charred zucchini, squash, peppers, red onion, and asparagus… finished with creamy feta and a rich balsamic glaze drizzle.

Fresh. Bright. Simple. So good it doesn’t need a filter.

Yum, yum, YUM. 🤤

Renovations may be happening… but the flavor never stopped.
