What room reveal dreams are made of 🥹

Kelsey and Paul had a vision. One that even AI couldn’t bring to life. Kelsey said it best, “This is better than Chat GPT” 😂

Bringing the vision into reality, with the eye for detail, a collaborative approach, and the couple’s experience at the forefront.

All jokes aside, we are mentally stable 😂

Mid October is our peak wedding season with so many amazing couples to celebrate, details to keep track of, and vendors to communicate with. This is our Super Bowl. 💪🏼

Tentrances, our 2026 signature 😘

Honestly, one of the most satisfying things of a private property is building a vision from vague ideas to fruition. This couple didn’t want guests to have to walk in the grass, so this marquee tent made sense. Then, thinking through the design, we made this a signature feature moment. ✨

“You’re a wedding planner?!? What a fun job, you must see the most beautiful things!”

We do, but it’s not always the prettiest to get there!

No one on our team got into this just to see pretty things all the time. We know all about the grit, logistics, and hard work that goes into producing events.

If you only want to see the pretty things, call us. We’ll hide you from the gnarly behind the scenes.

Friday's wedding had an unsung hero; this blooming crepe myrtle tree 😍

Perfectly matching Brooke's berry and green color palette, we couldn't get enough photos of it. But truly, everything at Westwynd is gorgeous and every weekend we're there (going on four in a row!) there's something new coming in or getting ready to bloom. Gardens is quite literally in it's name.

Congrats to Brooke and Jonah and a stellar vendor team!

Maddie and Ty handed us their wedding and said one thing: make it feel like us.

That was it. No 40-tab spreadsheet of must-haves. No second-guessing every vendor we brought to the table. We built her entire team: caterer, florist, rentals, makeup, pet sitter, band, production, and everything in between. Every time we came back with options, she said "great, done" and went back to living her life.

That's not a hands-off couple. That's a couple who trusted the process enough to actually enjoy being engaged instead of turning it into a second job.

If that's the kind of planning season you want, that starts with a conversation.

The funniest part about wedding planning is that society immediately is like:

“Congratulations on your engagement! Anyway, here’s a full-scale event production job you are somehow expected to manage with zero prior experience.”

And somehow couples are supposed to coordinate:
-a dozen vendors
-family dynamics
-design decisions
-logistics
-weather backups
-transportation
-budgets
-timelines
-seating charts
-and 400 emails that all somehow arrived this morning

…while also having jobs and lives and relationships.

So yes. Full Service Planning exists because this is, in fact, a wildly unreasonable amount of responsibility to casually place onto two people in love.

Respectfully, let the professionals take it from here.

In a pre-event team huddle, the photographer shares the ONE specifically requested photo from the bride....

Let’s be clear, I HATE THIS TREND. Your guests are about to eat where you just put your feet. But, we’re here to make dreams happen, so let’s make it work.

So instead of shutting the idea down, the team huddled:

Photographer + planner + catering + florals + creative minds = a better solution.

The bar gave us the height, drama, and editorial feel the bride loved — without risking broken rentals, damaged florals, or a safety issue before the event even started.

This is why collaboration matters.
The best vendor teams don’t say “no.”
They say, “Okay… how do we make this happen?”

That’s the magic of having a team that problem-solves together in real time.
