Maddie and Ty handed us their wedding and said one thing: make it feel like us.

That was it. No 40-tab spreadsheet of must-haves. No second-guessing every vendor we brought to the table. We built her entire team: caterer, florist, rentals, makeup, pet sitter, band, production, and everything in between. Every time we came back with options, she said "great, done" and went back to living her life.

That's not a hands-off couple. That's a couple who trusted the process enough to actually enjoy being engaged instead of turning it into a second job.

The funniest part about wedding planning is that society immediately is like:

“Congratulations on your engagement! Anyway, here’s a full-scale event production job you are somehow expected to manage with zero prior experience.”

And somehow couples are supposed to coordinate:
-a dozen vendors
-family dynamics
-design decisions
-logistics
-weather backups
-transportation
-budgets
-timelines
-seating charts
-and 400 emails that all somehow arrived this morning

…while also having jobs and lives and relationships.

So yes. Full Service Planning exists because this is, in fact, a wildly unreasonable amount of responsibility to casually place onto two people in love.

Respectfully, let the professionals take it from here.

In a pre-event team huddle, the photographer shares the ONE specifically requested photo from the bride....

Let’s be clear, I HATE THIS TREND. Your guests are about to eat where you just put your feet. But, we’re here to make dreams happen, so let’s make it work.

So instead of shutting the idea down, the team huddled:

Photographer + planner + catering + florals + creative minds = a better solution.

The bar gave us the height, drama, and editorial feel the bride loved — without risking broken rentals, damaged florals, or a safety issue before the event even started.
