David Pascolla Photography Family portrait, Headshot and Engagement photographer base in Atascadero, Templeton and Paso Robles I live and work out of Atascadero, California.

I love what I do and am ever grateful to God for the gift of photography. The seeds were planted long ago on a family trip to Lake Powell, Utah. I can remember recording a colorful sunset with my first camera; from there I began documenting surf travels from Mexico to Central California. As I became more aware that photography was to play an integral part of my life, I earned a Masters from Califo

rnia State University Northridge in Fine Art with an emphasis in Photography. Most of my work is centered around family portraits, Engagement photos and intimate Elopement weddings. My clients tend to gravitate towards a modern, contemporary and relaxed approach. Portrait and engagement sessions are slightly stylized with fashion flair; weddings are captured in a fresh and natural way. I love natural light that accentuates color and life. Most of my work is done at outdoor wineries and vineyards in Paso Robles, Templeton and San Luis Obispo. My work has been published in Your Wedding Day magazine along with numerous weddings featured on Style Me Pretty and Style Unveiled wedding blogs. I am the recipient of 2011 Wedding Wire Bride's Choice Awards which recognizes the top local wedding professionals from Santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo. There’s a specific kind of magic on the Central Coast during senior year. It’s that “last hurrah” before the big move. 🎓✨

Most people think a senior session is just about the graduate. But after 30 years of capturing these milestones, I’ve realized the most important shots are often the ones with Mom and Dad tucked into the end of the session.

We spent the evening golden hour exploring the cliffs of Cambria, making sure we had portraits that felt like them—vibrant, natural, and Coastal.

A small suggestion: most of my clients find that adding a 10 minute family mini set to the end of the senior session is the easiest way to get that updated family Portrait without the fuss of a separate day. It’s the perfect “last hurrah” before the big move.
