There’s just something magical about an early spring wedding tucked into wine country. Soft blush florals, fresh garden greens, olive trees overhead, candlelit tables beneath the vineyard sky, and a romantic atmosphere that feels straight out of a garden party dream.

For this wedding design at Casi Cielo Vineyards, we wanted every detail to feel organic and inviting—layered spring florals, natural wood textures, woven accents, long outdoor reception tables, and a color palette inspired by strawberry matcha tones.

Dining table setups are a personal preference — but they’re also based on how you’re serving dinner.

Here’s how each one works:

Plated + Charger
A fully preset table with a charger as the base. Catering will place each guest’s dinner plate on top of the charger.

Plated (No Charger)
Still preset, but more minimal. The napkin sits directly on the table for a clean, simple look.

Buffet + Charger (Plates at Table)
Gives you that elevated, layered look with a charger and dinner plate already set. Guests will carry their plate with them to the buffet when dismissed.

Buffet + Charger (Plates at Buffet)
Visually similar, but more streamlined. The charger stays for design, and guests pick up their dinner plates at the buffet.

Buffet (No Charger, Plates at Table)
A clean, simplified setup. Dinner plates are preset, but without a charger it feels more relaxed. Guests will take their plate with them to the buffet.

Buffet (No Charger, Plates at Buffet)
The most minimal option. Tables are set with the essentials, and guests grab their dinner plates at the buffet.

There’s no right or wrong — it just depends on your vision and how you want dinner to flow.
