Credit where credit is due.
We count on our stage crews to deliver the best service possible but behind them is a team that ensures the crew have everything needed for a festival as big as Coachella.
Meet the Coachella 2025 Rat Production Team
Left to Right
Barbie Dugan
When not out assisting Stone Temple Pilots on tour. Barbie takes care of travel logistics, housing and Crew health and wellbeing.
In her 4th year at Coachella and assisting in other festivals thru out the year. Barbie’s calm and soothing demeanor helps keep the festival train moving no matter what comes along, she’s just a phone call or text message away.
Brittany Thornton
The latest addition to the team. Brittany fills in wherever needed. Making offsite runs, running meals to busy crews, much needed electrolytes on a hot day or organizing artists binders for stage crew. She hit the ground running and fit right in.
Kara Williamson
Kara’s experience in running her own festivals and shows thru her own production company is a much needed talent to the team. If help is needed landing PA or loading a truck, Kara is there. Onsite Kara is hands on moving crews to different projects and facilitating between Rat Ops and Festival expectations. Whatever it takes or whatever is needed we can count on Kara.
Katelin Johnson
Head Production Coordinator
Joining Rat in 2020 as FT Labor Coordinator, Katelin staffs all of Rat’s one-offs, tours and festivals. Working closely with Management and Account Managers her work is crucial to day to day operations.
Onsite Katelin delegates projects and responsibilities to her team and Stage Crew Chiefs. Her work for Coachella starts months in advance and continues sometimes weeks after tying up loose ends. With her prior touring experience and 5 years at the helm of this team, Katelin is a Seasoned One.
This year the team organized a Rat crew of 79+ for Coachella and 32+ for StageCoach 2025!
