IN ALL ITS RUSTIC CHARM since 2020—Welcome to CALVERT'S HISTORIC MAIN STREET’s c. 1880s “Drennan & Randolph" building and special event space, UNDER THE CHANDELIER. The venue features 4000 sq. ft. In the main room, a 50' bar and back bar featuring a 16' primitive antique table, original to Main Street. The East wall and bar are graced with a stunning 65" metal and crystal chandelier along with numerous huge chandeliers throughout the room. In the renovation, a pair of brick arches were uncovered that once made way to carriage doors that opened into another 1000 sq. ft. space where blacksmiths forged metal by fire. The original exterior hand-painted "Drennan & Randolph" lettering is preserved in what is now attic space behind and above the carriage doors. One set of carriage doors open into a future commerial kitchen and prep area for caterers.
The entire event center, which includes a coffee shop, “Farmers-To-Market Coffee Co. and antique store, all share a 3000 sq. ft. courtyard with two outdoor fireplaces, a pergola and garden room also booked for events. The Drennan & Randolph building at Under The Chandelier is located on the corner of Main and Hanna Street in the
