But the real thing behind this work is trust.

The kickoff that sets the revenue tone.
The incentive trip people talk about for years.
The customer event leadership quietly uses to gauge momentum.
Great events are not built because timelines go perfectly. They happen because clients bring in a partner and let them share the pressure.
So this is a simple thank you to the teams who do exactly that. The ones who involve me in the real conversations, not just the task list.
