For as long as I can remember, the Wizard of Oz has been my favorite. 🌈👠👠🌪️It has brought me so much joy over the years and holds such a special place in my heart.

I just want to personally thank the CASD Musical Board and the families who placed flowers orders from me, for this show.

Designing Wizard of Oz inspired bouquets has been a dream. Thank you for letting me do this. I loved it!

SPECIAL congratulations to Talen Bagwell, who reprised the role of Teyve! Talen is our associate, Ashley’s, son. If you’ve ever called the shop -you’ve probably talked to Ashley.

We are all so proud of Talen! Congratulations!

And, we are also very proud of Ashley, who headed up the parent booster group! She organized all of the fundraisers, created the entire program, sought out sponsorships, participated/organized the Fiddler alumni events, shopped for and made all of the delicious charcuterie, organized and distributed flower orders…. and So. Much. More.

It’s not every day you get to experience magic. But, I promise - every day is magical, here, at our little shop.

🌸 Here’s a little story I would like to share 🌸

Our designer, Lori, made this arrangement (picture below) because we had new, gorgeous sapphire pomps arrive today. It wasn’t for an order - it was just because she loved those particular flowers so much. When she was making it, she said: This is my favorite arrangement of the day, I just know I’m making it for someone special.

But it was late in the day, so the probability of
someone coming in and buying it "off the rack" was pretty low.

However, right as Lori finished the arrangement, a very special friend walked in.

She picked that arrangement, for *her* special friend, who also happens to be my special friend (!!!). And off those flowers went…. a beautiful gesture, made with love, for a bestie.

Beautiful intentions were imbued into those flowers. Lori, literally, made them with love. Then, a lovely friend, with more beautiful intentions wanted to brighten someone’s day. So those flowers were sent on their way - with lots of love, all the way around - to bring joy among friends.

It really was very serendipitous (and very magical) how it all shook out.
