🏆 Celebrating our Graduate of the Last Decade Alumni Award winner, Chelsia Neto ’23!

This award recognizes active alumni graduates within the last ten years (GOLD), who have demonstrated significant career achievements and service to the College.

A Business Administration graduate with a specialization in marketing, Chelsia has built an impressive career centered on leadership, entrepreneurship and community impact. Today, she serves as the CDFI Coordinator at Connections Credit Union, helping expand financial opportunity for underserved communities. Her leadership extends throughout the region through numerous community boards and advisory roles, and in 2026, she was recognized as an Idaho Business Review 40 Under 40 honoree. From serving in leadership roles within the Finance Club to founding the Yote Entrepreneur Association to creating meaningful impact in her community today, Chelsia continues to live out the values of leadership and service.

🏆 Celebrating our Graduate of the Last Decade Alumni Award winner, Erik Nordquist ’18!

A Chemistry & Physics graduate, Erik went on to earn his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Today, he is a post-doctoral researcher using molecular simulations to help design drugs while pursuing his goal of becoming a chemistry professor.

We’re proud to celebrate Erik’s accomplishments and the impact he continues to make in the field of chemistry.

We’re proud to celebrate the work of Sarah Maddux, one of our DMSc graduates and now an instructor for the Scholarly Writing and Publication course at The College of Idaho.

Sarah is the author of “Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy: Evolving Concepts,” the cover article in the August issue of the Journal of the American Academy of PAs.

The article is also featured as a Continuing Medical Education (CME) offering, allowing subscribers to earn one hour of CME credit through reading the article and completing an online quiz.

Congratulations, Sarah, on this outstanding achievement and for continuing to contribute meaningful scholarship to the PA profession! 👏
