There's so much I can't wait to share from last Monday at Enchanted Rock with Laura and Jeffrey.

We started the day way before sunrise with quiet vow writing at the campground and hair and makeup by the incredible

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful women who have shared their joy, wiped away tears, and spent countless days and nights pouring their energy into caring for their children.

The relationship between a mother and her child is so special and is one of my favorite relationships to have the honor of capturing on a wedding day. From the getting ready excitement, ceremony tears, and joyful dancing, I see you, Mama.

Today's the day! I got to hang out with Diala and Shahrooz after their rehearsal yesterday. We ran around as the storms rolled in and played in the rain, having so much fun.

Some photos just stick with me.
Like this film photo from Sydeny and Chris's wedding day that Conagher captured.

Happy Earth Day!

We could all do more to protect this place we call home. It's easy to feel like what you do doesn't matter, but it does. Pack out your trash, dispose of things properly, and pick up that trash even if you aren't the one who dropped it.

The last time we went to Big Bend, we were so sad to see that Sotol Vista was covered in trash. One of the most remote edges of Texas trashed out. Conagher and myself, along with an individual from a tour bus, got a trash bag and started picking it up. Within a few minutes, so many more people had joined in to clean it up. It just took someone to start.

All it takes is people who care to educate and make more people care.
