You know you're doing something right when you are asked to make lunch for the health department 😍😍😍 today I sent out chicken salad croissants, broccoli cheddar soup and spring salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Some of my absolute favorite menu items! Needless to say I made double batches so that I can have it for dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow, and maybe dinner tomorrow night too 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you so much Johnna for trusting me to make your lunch for the office!!!

Congratulations Anna and Corey! Your wedding was absolutely beautiful and I was honored and blessed to be a part of it. Thank you Amanda and Justin for your trust in me for your daughter's beautiful day! Last night Crystal Doan Cameron and I put on a wonderful dinner and dessert table display for this beautiful couple. The dinner menu was garden salad with dressing and croutons, Southern green beans with bacon, loaded mashed potatoes, Italian sliced chicken breast, smoked sliced brisket with fresh rolls and butter. On the dessert table were mini desserts of fruit tartlets, mousse filled brownie bites, strawberry and turtle cheesecake shooters, and banana pudding cups. Everything came out absolutely beautiful!!
I also want to extend a huge thank you to the following vendors for their professional courtesies, I always enjoy working with you!

Thank you Zach and Camryn!! It was a beautiful night for a wedding, and your reception was nothing short of spectacular! Thank you so much for having me! ❤️❤️❤️
Tonight's wedding menu was spring salad with raspberry vinaigrette, London broil, cranberry orange chicken, roasted potatoes, mac and cheese, green beans and yeast rolls with butter. I think everybody was happy!

I don't normally share non food things on this page however, this place is awesome! I went here today and picked out a few house plants. They are a new store. If you are in Rolla you absolutely need to stop by here! Super neat place! They have seed sharing bins, propagation stations for sharing starts, tons of house plants, a beautiful fish aquarium among other things. She will also be doing classes. So excited about this store!!!

Well I finally made it to day three of three! Betty gave me a little bit of trouble this morning with a terrible whining sound coming from the rear end. Today's menu is tortellini Alfredo, cheesy three cheese baked ziti with Italian sausage, a nice big Italian salad 🥗 with dressing and croutons, garlic 🧄 breadsticks And of course my famous triple chocolate fudge bundt cake 😍😍😍 Thank you so much for a great week! I'll see you back in August! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

It's a busy week!! Day 2 of 3 for our amazing local heroes!! Today is Mexican themed with walking tacos 🌮, beef enchiladas, rice & beans, with caramel apple flautas for dessert!! Thanks ❤️❤️❤️ I'll see y'all again tomorrow!!!
