Tonight was my last big wedding of the year. I can honestly say I think we went out with a BANG! I very much want to thank Lucas and Ariel Terrell for the kindness and willingness to work around long distance communications working out their appetizer and dinner menus along with all the little details. From the minute I walked into the minute I left I had such a great time and was shown so much love and appreciation. Lucas and Ariel, thank you so very much for allowing me to serve you and your special guests at this beautiful reception! I want to thank Wendy for stepping in and always having my back when needed! Thank you to Elise for having everything ready as usual and having everything lined out perfectly ❤️ I also want to extend a big thank you to all of the vendors who extended me their courtesies (The flowers were absolutely amazing and the cake was incredibly delicious!) . I want to give a BIG shout out to Shelby, girl it was so good to see you! Love you to the moon and back! We started the evening off with a grazing table and then went into dinner with a garden salad, spaghetti with meatballs, chicken alfredo and breadsticks. Now for the holiday season to begin!

Last night I had the privilege of catering an amazing couple's wedding reception dinner. Patrick and Jonas - I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to serve you and your guests. It was truly a pleasure working with you both ❤️❤️❤️ I also want to thank all of the vendors & staff for the professional courtesies extended to me. It was also a pleasure working with you all! On tonight's menu was smoked sliced brisket and cider pork tenderloin, garlic smashed potatoes and Mac & cheese with cole slaw and fresh baked rolls with butter.

Silly me I forgot the pictures!! But... Today I did a really fun job for some pretty amazing clients ❤️ We delivered:
Smoked brisket, chicken marsala with mushrooms, white mac and cheese, southern green beans with bacon, mashed potatoes and gravy, a nice tossed garden salad and rolls with butter. I can't believe I forgot to take the pictures! I wanted to thank the ladies for their order and I hope they enjoyed it all! 🥰🥰🥰

Who needs more than 4 hours of sleep??? 😂 🚂 🤣🚂😂🚂🤣
I was up bright and early to get breakfast ready for my railroad guys, biscuits and gravy with sausage and fresh fruit and juice. Lunch, a nice tossed salad, with buttery vegetables, loaded mashed potato casserole, cranberry orange chicken and sliced honey ham with banana pudding for dessert. Thanks!!! See y'all next month 💙
