Ricky and Nina were such a pleasure to work for. They were just gushing with genuine happiness and love, and there were smiles and tears aplenty (often at the same time!!) as their wedding night had all the feels! It began with a personal ceremony led by Ricky’s grandpa by an outdoor pond… the weather was beautiful!! It was followed by a great meal, dinner, dancing, and some sing alongs…Truly a wonderful evening! Wishing you, Ricky and Nina, a heartfelt, congratulations, and a wonderful life together!

Congratulations Brandy and Andy!  we were blessed with such a beautiful evening to celebrate another one of your many adventures! Proposed to on top of half dome in Yosemite,  you said I do  before God, family, and friends. It was a lovely celebration, and a good time seemed to be had by all! It was also a reunion of sorts because I was Brandy‘s sister Marlee’s DJ four years ago, and it was great to see how her and Skylar’s family has grown with two beautiful children! So fun to serve families more than once when it works out! And it was great to have Brenda there helping me out. Congratulations again Brandy and Andy, wishing you a life full of continuing adventures. God bless you both!

I was blessed to be a part of Byron Center Charter School’s spring prom. Their decoration theme was the wizard of Oz. But the students were elegantly dressed, the snacks were fabulous, and the dancing was fun to watch as the students came to have a good time. Congratulations to all the graduating seniors of BCCS!

It was a pleasure to provide sound and music for Zion Christian School’s junior Senior banquet held at Watermark Golf Course.  This was my second year, and as with last year, there was an awesome meal provided, fun and games for all the students, including trivia, picture, memory, games, and specific trivia about the graduating student class. Afterwards, Lydia Jaarsma taught some line dancing and the rest of the evening was open dancing. At the end, we blessed the senior class with a prayerful sendoff.

A very happy and hearty congratulations to Cody and Nicole Zandstra who got married today in Hudsonville and celebrated with lots of family and friends. They were truly thankful to the Lord particularly after the groom had a near fatal health scare earlier in the week, making tonight’s celebration all that more precious and meaningful! So blessed to hear your testimonies and glad to be a part of your evening providing sound and music.

Some added shout outs tonight: The venue, Lumberyard Event Center, was wonderful and beautifully set up! the caterer was Hog Wild BBQ out of Holland and their food was delicious! The folks from Mixing Memories bar service did a stellar job! And a special treat was Live Painter Gilly Rose who worked on a portrait of the couple in real time while people could look on.

What a fantastic night celebrating Quinton and Catie’s at their wedding and reception. The weather was great, the vibe was chill, and everyone was poised to have a fun evening! The food was delicious as it was catered by mission BBQ. The crowd had awesome energy. !thankful to have been of service tonight. God bless you both, Catie and Quinton, as you share life together

Tonight was a BLAST! I got to play some music for K-4th graders at Gladiola elementary school, for a parent and child night out. So many boys and girls just enjoying the evening in a fun, boisterous way… such lovely chaos!!

What a great way to end my DJ year, with a faith- and fun-filled celebration of love! congratulations to Daryn and Kaylie Buist! What a great and fun couple!! Surrounded by lots of family and friends, they shared a great meal, lots of laughs, and had a great time on the dance floor! And so fun too, for me, to serve the same family as I did a year and a half ago. God bless you both!

Not even the rain could drown out Jared and Ashton’s celebration! The outdoor ceremony  had to be quickly moved indoors at the last moment due to raindrops that turned into a downpour. But everyone took it in stride, and we had a great night of food, folks and fun! Thankful for the opportunity to serve you guys on your wedding day, congratulations Jared and Ashton! Wishing you lifelong joy
