In case you’re on the fence about investing in a day of coordinator, let us remind you how valuable your investment will be ⬇️
Everything I did at my most recent wedding:
• Brought a live tree to the ceremony space and cleaned up spilled dirt 🌳
• Used a 🧹, to retrieve 5️⃣ balloons from the ceiling, that were in plain-view to the guests 🎈
• Assisted the Florist w/ unloading her van, grabbing a cart, and bringing all flowers up 3️⃣ floors 🌸
• Pinned boutonnieres on all the gentlemen, and corsages on the women 🌿
• Retrieved bridal party, tucked them away from guests, prepared walking order, and cued couples to appropriate songs, w/ specific timing ⏱️
• Cleaned up a spilled vase of water, so guests wouldn’t slip🏺💦
• Unwrapped all the glow sticks, sparklers, and wands, and placed them in baskets near the Dance-floor 🧨
• Grabbed a signature cocktail, and plate of appetizers, for the Bride and Groom, upon their return from photos 🥂🍽️
• Adjusted the aisle of the ceremony space, as it was too tight to fit the Brides train 🪑
• Brought up brunch items, to the bridal suite, upon delivery ☕️🥯
• Assisted with a full room flip, as we had just 45 minutes, between the ceremony and the reception🍴🧂
• Found the junior bridesmaids with their baskets of petals to toss 🌹
• Checked the restrooms for cleanliness, and stock 🚽🧻
• Laid out guest book, card box, and gift sign, as well as tested pens 🖊️ to ensure they all worked properly
• Snapped candid photos of the bridal party, family and friends 📸
• And SOOOO much more…
WHO would execute these tasks, if we weren’t there… An aunt, a frazzeled mother, a stressed out bridesmaid ••• everyone who should be enjoying YOUR day to the fullest…
