JUNE SPECIALS ARE HERE!

We've put together two incredible panini and two delicious pizzas that will be available starting THIS WEDNESDAY for dinner service!

Pizza #1 Features spicy soppressata & our prov/mozzarella mix.

Pizza #2 This one started as a "Slice of the Day", and we loved it so much that we had to make it a special! Featuring a garlic and oil base, creamy fontina cheese, fresh mozzarella, spicy peppers, and spicy soppressata.

Panino #1 Made on our signature Panuzzo bread. Thinly sliced Prosciutto Crudo, fresh burrata, arugula, and a balsamic glaze drizzle

Panino #2 For those who like a little heat! Prosciutto Crudo, spicy soppressata, burrata, arugula, balsamic glaze, spicy peppers and chili oil, all served on fresh panuozzo bread. Has some spice to it for sure but not unbearable.

Available starting this Wednesday at dinner!

🚨Super important updates!!

As many of our customers know, we recently shared that one of our employees has moved on to another opportunity. Most recently, we also had to let another team member go, which has left us in a difficult position as we work to operate both a food truck and a brick-and-mortar.

With that being said, we need to make a few changes to our schedule for the month of June.

The good news is that we have two experienced pizza makers joining our team at the end of next week! While they come with a considerable amount of experience, every kitchen operates differently, and we want to make sure they are properly trained before immediately splitting them between the food truck and the B&M.

Because of our current staffing shortage, we will be cancelling all public services for the month of June. If you were affected by a cancellation, you should have already been contacted. If you have catering booked with us, please do not worry, we will NOT be cancelling any catering events.

We will be closed for lunch THIS Friday, June 5th, and will reopen for dinner service at 4:30pm

Additionally, we will be closed June 24th–27th. We had originally planned to remain open while we were away on vacation, but with all of the staffing changes that have happened over the past month, we feel that closing is the best option.

Our business is incredibly important to us, and we are SO grateful for the support you all have shown us over the years. But we're also parents, and we only get so many summers with our babies. Time is precious, and our children deserve parents who are present, making memories, and enjoying these fleeting years with them.

As always, please check our stories or give us a call if you're unsure whether we're open.

Now for some good news! We WILL have specials for June (announcing later today). "Maycember" was exactly that. Between catering events, public services, cannoli boxes, and everything in between, May was one of our busiest months and specials were not in the cards.

June may be a little rocky as we navigate staffing changes, but our goal is to be back to normal by mid-July.

We appreciate your patience and grace this month!

Today we say "see you later" to someone who has been a huge part of our journey since day one.

Back in January, when we fired up the ovens and opened our doors, Mike Lanza was right there with us. Since then, he's helped make countless pizzas, shared plenty of laughs, and brought his passion for the craft every time we're open.

Recently, an opportunity came along for Mike that he simply couldn't pass up. Truthfully, if he didn't take it, we probably would've kicked him for turning it down. While we're incredibly sad to see him leave, we're even happier to see him take this step in his career. If you remember Mike's bio, he truly has so much talent and expertise in the food industry.

Mike is not only a truly talented pizzaiolo, but he's also one of the most genuine people you'll meet. If you've ever had a conversation with him, you know one thing for sure, Mike always tells it like it is. No sugarcoating, no filters, just honesty, humor, and authenticity. That's one of the many reasons we've loved having him on our team.

We are truly blessed and grateful to have worked alongside him these past several months. His hard work, dedication, and sense of humor have left a lasting mark on our team, and things just won't be quite the same without him. Mike believe it or not we're going to miss hearing you complain about playing Italian music 😂

Mike, thank you for everything you've done for us. We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and great things ahead. You'll always be part of the Vitalia family!
