Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Allen. Another beautiful grazing table. Rehearsal dinner was ribeye, fresh green beans and baked potatoes. The potatoes had tallow from the brisket rendered fat then rolled in sea salt, so yummy.

Last night was a blast. Dakota’s patience with the smoker paid off with a flavorful, moist brisket. The grazing table featuring Bee Good Honey local honey was a hit. The pumpkin spice was all the rage. The bride and groom basically locked the mashed potatoes off their plates. And the drinks didn’t stop. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. McKee!

Wedding season began a week earlier than it was supposed to here at the farm. But at least I got to have fun with it. Sorry no pictures of the food or my crew who rocked it on Saturday I was behind the bar.

So I forgot finished pictures of the beef but it was yum. Bee Good Honey’s chocolate whipped honey was a hit, especially once I suggested putting it on the strawberries.

Super excited to cook this beautiful piece of meat up tomorrow. I love even more that it comes from the farm two miles up the road. Excited this couple chose beef so I could try out HM cattle company.
