Fall has officially started to arrive at Martha’s Flower & Gift Shop!

There’s just something about fall flowers. The warm golden yellows, rich oranges, deep autumn tones, and beautiful textures that makes this season so special.

We’re taking a little trip back to the very first wedding we had the honor of creating flowers for in 2026.

It was a small, intimate wedding in January, immediate family and a few of the couple’s closest friends gathered together in a sweet little church. Simple, beautiful, and filled with so much love.

But what made this wedding especially meaningful to us was knowing this couple long before their wedding day. They had grown up coming into Martha’s Flower & Gift Shop for Valentine’s Day, birthdays, homecoming, prom and other special occasions.

Just a few years after they walked through our doors for their high school dances, we had the incredible privilege of creating the flowers for their wedding day.

There’s something so special about watching the young people you’ve served over the years grow up, fall in love, and eventually walk through your doors for one of the biggest days of their lives. To have been a small part of their story is something we will always treasure.

It’s moments like this that remind us why we love what we do and why being a part of our community for generations means so much to us.

A beautiful beginning to our 2026 wedding season… and we can’t wait to share all the beautiful weddings that followed.
