🔔‼️ Hey y’all, have you missed me???‼️🔔
It’s been a busy summer with caterings and lots of cooking for individual families and such. But this weekend I’m free, so we’re finally gonna set up and serve that slow smoked goodness you’ve come to love!!

I’ll be out at Husker Marine Sport Shop LLC this Saturday, August 2nd from 11:30am til it’s gone! And you know the drill, this stuff tends to go fast, so don’t wait til last minute to stop by!

Menu will be the crowd favorite:
Brisket
Cowboy Beans
Slaw

Cash & Venmo accepted.

I hope to see lots of familiar faces and new ones as well! So let me provide you a meal, and give you more time to drink and be out on the water or golf course! 😂

Just a heads up, there will be no slow smoked goodness served up this weekend at Calamus Marine & South Lake Pourhouse, as I will be in Lincoln for my daughter, Burlynn McCluskey ‘s high school graduation!!!

Hope to see everyone next weekend when we have the smoke rollin again!

Hey Husker fans. It’s Game Day!!! Come on out and see if the homegrown Husker, Heinrich Haarberg, can line up under center and lead us to our first victory of the season!! Smoked Pulled Pork, Buffalo chicken dip, slaw and a few other sides will be available, buffet style for your enjoyment. Kickoff at 6pm! Hope to see y’all tonight and GO BIG RED!!!!

Single. Weekend! And it’s no different this weekend! Briskets are on the smoker and can’t wait to see everyone this weekend! 🍖 🍻

Well, I’ve got some sad news in my BBQ world for this weekend. My shipment of briskets arrived this morning, I opened the box and found out it was not briskets, it was round eyes…. So I unfortunately won’t be serving brisket this weekend, but I’m trying to come up with something else to offer y’all at Calamus Marine & South Lake Pourhouse. Come see us anyways, as I do have pizzas, burgers and a few other things I can cook up for you guys while you’re there drinking! See y’all this weekend and thanks again for all the support!! You guys ROCK!!
