I wanted to give a shout out to a fellow Chef I went to school with. We catered my sons wedding Saturday, (we did a pasta bar.)on the way there, we were caught On I-75 when the Highway was closed. I ask Ethan Tinnin Martinbianco to help me with the wedding...I was 2 1/2 hours late..Arriving 1/2 hour before the wedding. While I was watching the wedding Ethan was working in the church kitchen... It was not until 2:30 I made it down stairs. He had everything on the stove...or staged to be cooked. "6 POTS rolling with salt Chef, bread sticks panned, sauces you made are ready to be heated, your chicken is panned. Whats next"
I have to tell you...as stressed as I was..I wanted to hug this guy. He is in his early 20s and is a fantastic Chef....Between him and My Son in Law Tim McAuliffe they saved the reception. They loaded my trailer and Eathan stayed behind to do dishes and run a broom..I am very greatful to you both!

Busy three days! Saturday our son was married. We catered the wedding for him at The Firehouse Musuem and Education Center and Today did a Funeral dinner

We have 12 Tables and 100 Chairs for Rent for your open house or wedding! $10 a table $1.25 a chair! Also we are offeing a chicken special. $12.00 a plate. Chicken, Mashed and Gravy, Corn, Buttered noodles, Salad and Rolls!

I had to do a few things on the building to prep for the exhaust hood install...They wanted a pad to set the fans on and a fire wall with cement board on a steel studs....The pad I paid someone to do..The wall I did my self. My part should be done tommrow. I should be able to slide my equipment under it next week!
