My Story

I became a stay at home mom while having our second child. A girl! As her 1st Birthday approached, I just wanted everything to be unique. I love planning birthday parties but living overseas meant buying everything online. Shipping could easily be 4 weeks, So I went with my gut and decided to make everything myself. Let’s be honest... Pinterest really get’s you pumped! After my daughters party, I knew this could be something I can continue to do as a say at home mom. That is how DLC designs came around. A lot of us Military Spouses have degrees/careers which we have to put on hold because of places we move to. Sometimes, we also become limited to job opportunities for the same reason. Stay Positive! If you have a talent, use it! Right?
