🚨 NEW MENU THIS WEEK! 🚨

Eli asked me, “Is it too soon to change the menu?” 😂

I told him, “You do you. Be as creative as you want, as often as you want.”

And honestly, that’s exactly what I want for my son. ❤️ I want him to create, experiment and dream up things Liberty may not have seen before.

So basically… EVERYTHING is changing except the Pimento Cheese, Hummus and Pasta Salad! 😂

One of my favorites is his ROASTED CARROT SALAD — roasted carrots, fresh arugula and flavors that make something so simple seriously special.

No frozen ingredients. Nothing pre-packaged. Every little thing is made from scratch and housemade. Eli takes familiar food and makes it into something you can’t get anywhere else in Liberty.

And now we have DESSERTS! 🍰 Including Eli’s housemade BREAD PUDDING. Dessert options will be limited and may change daily, so just ask us what we have!

We can promise one thing: the menu will change with the seasons. How often in between? Well… that depends on how often Eli gets bored. 😂
