Wedding Coordination/
Wedding DJ Combo Package: $2500

What's Included:

*Crystal and Colby of Crystal Sky Event Coordination, LLC will provide the following
Wedding Coordination Services:

• Wedding Coordination Services begin 3 months before your wedding date

• A timeline meeting, 3 months before your ceremony to discuss and capture your
wedding day vision/details. This can be done on the phone, via Google video chat, or in person. We are in Burlington 🙂

• Very detailed timeline writing for pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception
schedules (to be shared with vendors). The timeline is minute by minute and covers
the entire wedding day. We will also create mini timelines (individualized and given
to people with important roles that day). We will share drafts with you to approve,
and we will tweak your timeline until it is perfect.

• Over the course of the 3 months leading up to your date, we are here for you to answer any questions/concerns you may have.

• We will communicate with your vendors as needed in the 3 months leading up to your date.

• We are happy to coordinate the rehearsal.

• We will assist your team with basic decor set-up and clean-up.

• The two of us will be there the entire wedding day to coordinate and assist. We will be sure everything flows smoothly, and we will do everything we can to ensure that the two of you can relax and enjoy every moment.

*Matt Miller of Milza Entertainment will provide the following DJ Services:

• Sit down meeting with professional DJ to map out the song selections for your special day

• 6 hours of performance time including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
