Small Business Month, celebrated every year in May, is a special tribute to small businesses, their courage, community efforts, and hard work. At the Greater Burlington Partnership our goal is to help small business and startup owners succeed. On the cover this month is FORK Catering Company, last year's Small Business of the Year. FORK Catering Company launched during the uncertainty of Covid, FORK Catering Company began as a small effort to feed families and has grown into a flourishing business, serving Southeast Iowa and West Central Illinois. In just a few short years, FORK has become a nearly half-million-dollar operation. One built not only on great food - but on reliability, heart, and hustle.
