A light, bubbly cocktail perfect for Easter brunch or springtime celebrations!

🍹 Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 cup prosecco (or sparkling wine)

1/2 cup elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

1/2 cup white grape juice

A splash of club soda or lemon-lime soda

Fresh mint + berries or edible flowers for garnish

🍹 Mocktail Version:
Replace prosecco with sparkling white grape juice

Omit liqueur or swap with elderflower syrup

🥂 Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher, pour over ice, and garnish with mint and fruit. Cheers to spring!
