In partnership with our in-house fabrication partner, , we elevated our custom shopping bag from 2022 to create a show-stopping moment at Shoptalk that captured everyone’s attention!

By reusing and reimagining this unique asset, we not only showcased creativity but also highlighted our commitment to sustainability. The updated design features a fresh mix of items like a pet food bag, tulips, paint brushes, paint tubes, and lipstick, offering a fun and unexpected twist on everyday essentials. It was impossible for attendees to pass by without pausing for a closer look. 🛍️

We had the absolute pleasure of producing the Patient Summit for .ai, a women-founded and women-led company, at the stunning ! This invite-only, three-day event brought together some of the biggest innovators shaking up the dental industry with AI - think top providers, insurers, educators, tech leaders, and professional groups all in one room. 🦷

It wasn’t just about the game-changing conversations, guests got hands-on with charcuterie workshops, blended their own wines, explored a local winery, enjoyed a peaceful morning yoga session to help recharge and reset, and even hit the road in a private exotic car rally through Napa Valley. The Lodge Sonoma, is dedicated to sustainability, with a strong focus on eliminating plastic water bottles. In addition, we made efforts to reduce our environmental impact by consolidating materials at and shipping everything in a single truck from LA to SF.

Huge shoutout to Overjet for bringing together such an inspiring group. We only wish we were guests at this event! 🥂

From one show to the next, sustainability is always at the forefront! 🍃✨

At , we brought ’s vision to life with reused assets including kiosks, a giant iPhone, charging tables & stools, and even a small storage wall—all repurposed from our recent NRF production. With 5,000+ brands from over 100 countries in attendance, this trade show truly showcased the best of the grocery retail and wholesale industries. From design and fabrication to installation and management, we ensured Instacart’s presence stood out while proudly demonstrating our commitment to sustainability 🌏

We successfully installed new wayfinding signage at two major NYC airports to enhance the pickup experience at JFK Terminal 4 for the Uber Black PIN pickup program launch and Terminal B garage to clearly mark designated Uber pickup zones. ✈️ 🚘

Continuing our commitment to sustainability, we applied this principle by utilizing existing inventory and consolidating shipments from both airports into a single truck. This not only optimized logistics but also reduced our environmental impact, leveling up our sustainability throughout the project!

What a way to kick off 2025! We had an amazing time at , producing a dynamic booth for that really showcased the power of innovation in retail! 🚀

In line with our sustainability initiatives, we incorporated repurposed assets from previous Instacart installations – a testament to our dedication to both creative excellence and environmental responsibility. The space was thoughtfully adorned with greenery and featured an efficient ad-hoc meeting area, demonstrating our commitment to creating welcoming spaces within trade show environments.

The layout strategically showcased Instacart’s product ecosystem, including Caper, FoodStorm, Eversight, Carrot Ads, Carrot Tags, and Storefront Pro. This dynamic presence at NRF, which draws 5,000 brands from over 100 countries, reinforced Instacart’s position as a leader in retail technology innovation. 🥕

Throwing it back to Camp TikTok LIVE weekend where it was all about the details! ✨

Every element of Camp TikTok LIVE was thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable experience for the 30 attending creators. As the creators mingled, they enjoyed custom cocktails from a specially crafted drink menu, and each place setting featured a personalized name tag for opening night, adding a touch of VIP treatment. To top it off, every creator received exclusive swag, including TikTok shirts, tote bags, and tumblers, making the event even more unforgettable.

Cheers to a weekend where no detail was too small and every moment was TikTok worthy. 🥂

This November, we had the honor of producing the Salute to Service Gala for the fourth year in a row, at the iconic in New York, where a record-breaking $7 million was raised to support disaster relief and aid globally. 👏

The evening featured unforgettable activations, including personalized flight tags to guide guests to their seats, and a powerful Service Member Wall showcasing uniforms of brave servicemen and women showcasing the story “Behind the Uniform”. One of the standout moments of the night was the ‘muck out’ activation, where attendees could roll up their sleeves and put their skills to the test in a hands-on experience. It was a night of celebration, camaraderie, and generosity—thank you to everyone who helped make it a success! ✨

At this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration, the world’s largest gathering of women and nonbinary technologists, we were thrilled to bring ’s activation to life!

The custom-designed space featured a vibrant archway, custom table wraps, and branded pillows that created a warm and inclusive space for attendees. Attendees enjoyed a friendship bracelet station, where they created colorful bracelets while networking and were drawn to our photo moment, creating lasting memories of the celebration.

At MoonLab we are committed to partnering with companies that align with our mission, and our participation with Uber at GHC highlighted our women empowerment and diversity + inclusion mission pillars.💪

Creating an experience as innovative as the conversations it hosted, we were thrilled to produce Bloomreach’s The Edge Summit at The Glasshouse in NYC. 🏙️

From the moment guests stepped through our immersive activation installation, every detail was designed to inspire and set the tone of what guests would experience that day. The stage buzzed with insightful panels, while the VIP lounge offered a space for executive meetings. Throughout the day, delicious appetizers were served on custom “food furniture”, keeping everyone energized. Guests sipped on Bloomreach’s signature cocktail “Edge of AI” as they overlooked the Manhattan skyline while large EDGE letters on the viewing deck provided a perfect photo opportunity for everyone! Our custom bodega made a notable comeback at the event, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability with a reusable design intended for continued use at events throughout the year.⚡️
