A portal opened in Hollywood for the audiobook release of Brimstone, the highly anticipated sequel in the Fae & Alchemy romantasy series.

As a digital format, audiobooks live inside the imagination. Our challenge was to give that internal world an accessible physical form.

In partnership with , we transformed into the world of Brimstone transmuting sound into a tangible, living environment through a fully sensory journey. Smoking entrances and custom scents marked the threshold. Lighting, texture, and atmosphere brought the lore to life. Signature cocktails extended the narrative into taste, and the character voices fans know and love became embodied through exclusive moments with bestselling author and narrators, Stella Bloom and .

Designed as a story-led environment, the experience invited guests to cross from listener to participant, stepping inside the book and living the world they had only ever heard described. When the story is powerful, the world demands to exist beyond the sound waves.

For us, this was about turning a listening experience into a living one and about championing women’s voices by building worlds big enough to hold them.

Half a Decade of Impact! For the fifth year in a row, MoonLab Productions had the honor of producing ’s Salute to Service Gala. This year was especially meaningful as Team Rubicon celebrated its 15th anniversary through Operation Gala: One Mission Forward celebrated the organization’s resilient spirit with wood accents, campfire-inspired moments, and bold, directional design elements that reflected the theme of progress.

From the immersive Cocktail Campfire to the Uniform Panels sharing the stories “Behind the Uniform,” every detail told a story of bravery, service, and mission-driven impact. We strategically repurposed design elements from prior years to create new impact through sustainable choices, and partnered with a women-owned florist to bring the environment to life with intention.

Together, the gala raised over $8.5 million to support veterans and disaster relief efforts. On this Giving Tuesday, we’re proud to help bring this vision forward and support organizations committed to meaningful change.

Step into the Magic of TinyTAN x McDonald’s 🍟

In partnership with IW Group, we transformed NYA West into an immersive world inspired by BTS fandom, McDonald’s nostalgia, and hands-on creativity. Guests entered through a life-size Happy Meal Box and Magic Portal, explored custom photobooths, gaming stations, and collectible displays, and ended the night at a full McDonald’s Disco and Friendship Room built for connection and play.

Beyond the magic, we made sure the experience had lasting impact by donating leftover meals and repurposing materials to support local organizations.

From Store to Door and beyond. 🏡

At this year’s , we transformed meeting room into a vibrant neighborhood streetscape, complete with custom storefronts, cozy home façades, and a central hangout brought to life by ’s fabrication.

Every detail brought the “Store to Door” concept to life. Produce and CPG items featured in the app brought Uber Eats’ Fresh Guarantee to life, while all leftover produce was either donated or composted, demonstrating how sustainability is baked into our approach, not just a goal.

For at , we turned performance marketing into an interactive, hands-on experience that invited attendees to play, connect, and remember.

Our Precision Putt Putt course (built with our partners at ) put Ibotta’s metrics in motion, giving guests a fun, tangible way to experience what the platform delivers every day: engagement, accuracy, and measurable results.

With added touches like a Performance Lounge to recharge and a modular design built for reuse, this activation showed that strategic creativity can score big on both experience and results.

At NYC 2025, we teamed up with to bring the fun beyond the track celebrating the strength, spirit, and sisterhood of women athletes everywhere! 🏃‍♀️ 💪 ✨

Athletes raced their fastest while attendees fueled up at a vibrant juice bar and our custom bodega full of fresh fruits and snacks. The Athletes Lounge kept competitors energized with a glam station, snack and drink bar, stretch zone, and DJ booth, plus a Hype Zone so the next generation of fierce female athletes could join the fun!

To bring the experience to life, we thoughtfully repurposed major elements from previous Instacart activations, giving high-impact builds a second life and reducing event waste along the way.

It was a day that championed women on and off the track proving how Instacart can power standout moments for every athlete and every generation. 🌟

At Groceryshop’s Store of Tomorrow, we created a space that feels more like a living art installation than your average grocery run. Every detail had a purpose, every element told a story.

By merging a swag store with an immersive experience, we turned a simple giveaway into a powerful traffic magnet. Attendees came for the swag, stayed for the experience, and left with new brand connections (and some pretty cool takeaways). Sponsors showcased their products and technologies throughout the space, turning demos into discovery and static displays into hands-on moments.

We teamed up with our in-house fabrication wizards at BloqLab to bring this vision to life, building a space where storytelling, design, and technology collide in the most unexpected ways.

When calls, we go BIG. ✨

During one of the biggest weeks in fashion, we turned New York City into the backdrop for TikTok Shop Fashion Fest complete with a high-energy runway show, interactive brand booths, and all the FW25 products worth obsessing over. 🚀

TikTok Shop creators owned the runway, showcasing collections from brands like , , and . From bold streetwear to everyday essentials, Fall/Winter 2025’s standout looks took center stage while bringing creators and brands together in a whole new way.

The event was produced by a powerhouse, predominantly women-led team across both client and internal sides proving what collaboration, creativity, and community can truly look like. 🙌

Hosted at , a proud .sustainable.events member committed to reducing energy consumption, waste, and emissions through industry-leading sustainable practices, the venue itself reflected our shared commitment to a more responsible future.

When the Snack Wrap made its epic comeback, McDonald’s and IW Group knew they needed a moment as bold as the internet’s obsession. That’s where we came in.

With our in‑house fabrication partner , we built it all: larger-than-life wraps that made you look twice, bold signage impossible to ignore, and a full competition setup ready for the ultimate Snack Wrap showdown at KCON LA. Every piece was custom‑built, installed, and ready for fans to race the clock and roll their fiercest wrap.

From the giant props to the perfect finish, we made sure the return of the Snack Wrap was as big, bold, and unforgettable as the hype itself.

At 2025, we partnered with for Business to prove a booth can be so much more than four walls. When every connection shapes your travelers’ experience — your space should deliver just as seamlessly as your itineraries.

From passport stamping and logo-dusted lattes to self-care stations and quiet spaces to recharge, this was business travel, upgraded.

We designed:
✨A Bold Booth: Dedicated meeting spaces where connections clicked and partnerships took off.
☕ Luxe Lounges: Hospitality‑driven spaces to caffeinate, connect, and recharge
🚘 A VIP PUDO Zone: A seamless experience with an elevated lounge and delicious popsicles while riders wait for their Ubers

Our take: The best event design blends strategy, creativity, and hospitality. It should tell your story, spark connection, and make people stop and say “this is different.”
