All the little stuff nobody thinks to ask about on a tour, but everybody notices on the day.

✨ THE MARQUEE — Your names in lights out front. Well, your names in letters. We change it for every single event and it's the first thing your guests see coming up the drive.

✨ THE NATURE PATH — A walk through the trees that photographers absolutely lose their minds over. Golden hour back there is unreal.

✨ CLEAN, COMFY RESTROOMS — Not a porta potty in sight. We're weirdly proud of this one.

✨ VINTAGE PHOTO PROPS — That truck has been out there longer than we have and it has been in approximately one thousand photos.

✨ CORN CRIB SWINGS — Six swings around a fireplace. Everybody's favorite thing on the whole farm, and we built it out of an actual corn crib.

✨ THE GAZEBO HIDEAWAY — Built for one reason. Watching the sun go down.

Everything Blue Tin Ranch

We get a lot of the same questions, so here's the whole farm!

THE 605 BARN — Our new barn, finished this year. 90 people inside, 90 more on the covered patio, room for 16 tables. Massive sliding doors on the east side that open the whole thing up to the sky.

THE PAVILION — Covered outdoor space for dinner, dancing, ceremony, whatever you want!

THE GAZEBO — Built for one reason: watching the sun go down. Ceremonies happen here, first looks, family photos, whatever floats your boat

THE CORN CRIB SWINGS — Six swings around a fire pit, made from an actual corn crib. Guests find these and don't leave.

THE GROUNDS — Ten acres. The enchanted path through the trees, the front lawn, the cottonwoods, gravity wagon basketball, fire pits, and corn on every side.

WHERE PEOPLE SLEEP — 18 of your people can stay right here. The guest house sleeps 8, the chicken coop has two bedrooms, and there's an apartment upstairs.

HOW IT WORKS — One wedding a weekend. You get the entire property from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon. Nobody setting up around you, nobody waiting for you to leave.

WHERE WE ARE — Burbank, SD. Six miles off I-29, ten minutes from Vermillion, 25 from Sioux City, an hour from Sioux Falls.

WHO WE ARE -- Noreen and Kelley are your venue owners, a helping hand on wedding day.

Molli and Carter, today’s the day! The sign is up, the barn is ready, and we have been looking forward to this one for a long time.

Blue sky, tall corn, and two people about to get married in the middle of it. We could not have ordered a better morning if we tried.

Welcome to the world, 605 Barn.

Born July 2026. Weighs a whole lot. Sleeps zero, holds 180. (90 inside, 90 under the awning)

We’ve been keeping her mostly to ourselves while we finished the details, and it feels a little strange to finally show her off. But here she is.

90 people inside, 90 more out on the patio, room for 12 tables. Ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing all of it under one roof, or spread across the yard when the weather’s being nice to us.

Next up is to get it insulated, heated and cooled, which the old barn never was, so a chilly October evening is just a nice evening now.

And yes. Lots of outlets. Your DJ, caterer, and your photographer will thank us.

A storm took the 1909 barn from us last year, and there were a few weeks where we genuinely didn’t know what came next. This is what came next.

Corn on all sides. Blue roof. Same farm it’s always been.

Thank you to everyone who drove out to blue tin ranch last night for Kelley’s birthday and the live eviction! 80 in total showed up in your big brother garb, yelled at a tv in a barn and got exactly what we wanted out of the night!

Shout out to everyone brave enough to try slop! Think you could be on it for a week?? And for trying out the “have not beds”

Palette of the week: All of them! Color maxxing is IN and we’re HERE FOR IT 🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

Rainbow. Every color, no apologies.

We love a bride who isn’t afraid of color. The blush-and-greige thing is beautiful and timeless!! When somebody says the linens are tangerine and the bridesmaids are wearing whatever makes them happy, our whole day gets better.

Rainbow reception? Okay girl, go off.

The practical part: white buildings and blue roofs are about the most forgiving backdrop there is. Everything reads clean against them, cottonwoods and a corn field behind that. Nothing fights your color. Where our maximalist couples at!?
