So we held the Bunkerhill Nationals 2026 at Loco Joe's R/C Speedway Friday and Saturday. All I can say is Wow!!!!! What an event it turned out to be. 187 cars!!!!!! I would have never imagined it would be this big. I'm so honored and proud to be a part of this. A huge shout out to my track crew Warren Kenter, Donnie Franklin, Jeremy Smith, Gabriel Gordon and Paul Feller . Shoot I even got Jh Cole (scott) on a tractor for a bit. We all need to thank jessica our tech lady. She comes out weekly and does this job that no one wants to do. She volunteers here time and energy for this and does a great job. So a big thank you to her. Man you guys did an awesome job!!!! The track was phenomenal all weekend. You guys knocked it out of the park. A big thank you to my amazing wife Valerie Gordon yu came out both days and helped out with whatever I needed plus you made those awesome looking plaques. A huge thank you for allowing to enjoy this hobby. Also thank you to Mrs. Pam Compton Franklin for helping out with sponsors and giveaways. You did an awesome job. Thank to my picture girl Makayla Gordon. You did an awesome job taking photos and videos and always taking care of the podium pics. Thank to Aiden Cisney you did an amazing job. I don't know how you manage to push the races through so quickly but you do. We beat the rain last night thank goodness. A big thank you to Joe Vanorsdale for giving us a place to race and giving me an opportunity to run this great raceway. This was a huge event. I'm told the biggest one to date so let's make it bigger next year. Ok I know this is long post. Don't worry I didn't forget the racers. You guys make this all happen. Thank you for putting your faith in us to put on such a big event. You showed up and showed out this weekend. Man I was so excited when you guys just kept pulling in and numbers kept growing. Thank you guys for all the support. You guys rock!!!!!! Until next year. A big thank you.
