Call The Flattered Platter or go to their page. This is my family and I’m a silent partner in this business. They are putting out awesome food. They cater any decent event. I catered a lot of weddings so if I catered yours please help me get the word out about The Flattered Platter. All food is home made nothing instant. If you want to contact me that’s fine. I bought the steel to frame out the concession part of my bbq trailer yesterday and I'm buying the tin for the roof today. Hope to get some good weather to work on it. I'm ready to get it built and start cooking. :-)

I'll be at the Lions Hall Saturday in Buna selling BBQ sandwiches and chips. I'll also be cooking links for the American Cancer Society. Please come out and buy food and there are going to be other vendors there as well. Help support this group. It could be someone in your family one day.

I ordered the new motor and pillow block bearings for the rotisserie in the pit today. I'm ready to see some smoke coming out of that thing...lol.

I'm building a new BBQ trailer. It will have rotating racks and able to cook twice more than my other pit. The pit will be on one end with a concession stand/prep room on the other.
