To our Followers, our Vendors, our Clients and our Friends,
I am writing to formally announce that as of 2/1/26, One Seventy Main is changing ownership. I have sold my share of ownership to Henry Rohde who will be taking care of operations. Kyle Maurer, whom you all have had the pleasure of meeting and working with, will resume his share of ownership at One Seventy Main and continue providing you with exceptional service.
Opening this venue was a dream come true for me over 7 years ago. It was an extension of my Event Production Company which has been in operation since 2002. However, with on-going health issues, it became clear, that it was in the best interest for myself and my business to pursue someone with the same passion and desire to run this venue. It was crucial to me to find a successor who shared the same dedication to quality and service, and I am confident that Henry and Kyle will continue to provide the excellence that you expect and deserve.
Henry brings to you over 20 years of experience in business management and operations across customer focused environments. His focus is to build long-lasting customer relationships based on trust, transparency and follow-through. He takes pride in being hands-on, dependable and solution oriented.
Kyle has been a part of the event industry for over 16 years and his passion and smile is contagious. During 2020, only 6 months after we opened our doors, our industry was shut down and many of our competitors were closing their doors for good. We refused to be one of them. Kyle implemented ways to keep our doors open, to help others in our local community, and to grow. And we did. His expertise lies in thinking outside the box and making sure all client needs are met. With over 1000 events under his belt over the years, rest assured he will do what it takes to make your special event a success.
Together, Henry and Kyle will be invincible and they share some incredible vision. I am humbled to pass over my legacy to them both and can’t wait to see their future success.
