__BEEF BACK RIBS
These will be on the menu this week, starting Thursday, and we'll run through Sunday or until supplies run out. __These cuts of beef rib are affordable and perfect for those in our community who don't or can't eat pork ribs.__ We will be smoking TWO racks each day and see how it does. Selling by the whole ($34.50, 8-9 bones) or half ($18.50) rack only.
__DESCRIPTION: This cut of ribs is coming from behind the ribeye. As a consequence, butchers and consumers would prefer more meat on a steak rather than on these ribs. Therefore, most of the top meat on the ribs is shaved off in favor of the ribeye steak, and what is left is the tender meat between each bone. The eating experience will be different from that of a pork rib.
__GINGER & HERB SAUSAGE ($5 per link)
We have these pork and beef mixed sausage back in stock and running this week until supplies run out. These came out pretty darn good.
__JALAPENO CHEESE SAUSAGE (pork and beef) mixed and stuffed but not yet smoked. Will probably be ready for the weekend.
__FRIES
We got our hands on a fryer and hope to be doing fries soon. Nothing fancy.
