This year, I wanted to create something a little different… something where families can slow down, enjoy the Christmas magic, and make memories together without feeling rushed. ✨

🎅 $20 Santa Meet & Greet — PER FAMILY
📸 NO professional photo shoot required!
⏰ Enjoy approximately 30 minutes on the property

Your $20 includes access to the entire Christmas-themed property and ALL of our Christmas sets — with or without Santa! 🎄✨

Bring your:

📸 Favorite family photographer
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Your WHOLE family — NO person limit!
🐾 And your four-legged family members too!

Take your own family pictures, let the kids explore the sets, visit Santa, and just enjoy being together. ❤️

Weekend Rates:
• $350 for the first 3 hours
• $100 for each additional hour

• 4 hours → $500 (Deposit $250)
• 5 hours → $600 (Deposit $300)
• 6 hours → $700 (Deposit $350)
• 7 hours → $800 (Deposit $400)

Peak Season for the months of:
March, April, Oct and Nov

Weekday Rates:
• $200 for the first 3 hours
• $100 for each additional hour

Examples:
• 4 hours → $300 (Deposit $150)
• 5 hours → $400 (Deposit $200)
• 6 hours → $500 (Deposit $250)
• 7 hours → $600 (Deposit $300)

Guest Capacity:
• Preferred limit: 40 guests
• Additional guests: $150 for each group of 10 ($15 per extra person) MAX 60 PEOPLE
• Parking: Available next door (to the right of the property) and on Acorn Street (please do not block driveways and mailboxes)

Booking Details:
• Retainer: 50% due at booking to confirm
• Payment: Credit cards accepted

Extras & Add-Ons:
• Airbnb Night Before Stay (Currently $356 a night / Weekend $419) Airbnb link available to view book w/ app or directly with manager.
• 10% off photography services when booking the property (venue)
• I’ve been a professional photographer for over 12 years
• Licensed cosmetologist available for hair and makeup ( $50 for natural makeup look, $50/$100 depending on hair type and style.)
• Décor options including shelves, bar stand, floral centerpieces, cake platters, treat stand, 5tables, 20 chairs and black or white linens (INCLUDED)
• DJ Bluetooth speaker and basic photo booth with backdrop (INCLUDED)

• Ordained Minister services available:
• Minister Full ceremony: $250
• Minister Paper signing only: $50 (Have a family or friend marry you but have Legal signed papers)
- (we have two 10ft L x 30ft W white event tents for rent $100 each with no labor)

We also have small Elopement packages.

Package One: $400 One Hour 30 mins use of venue. Under 10 people. In person minister service and signed papers.
Recording of ceremony. 35 min photo shoot 16 edits. Additional edits $5 each. . (no decorations)

Package TWO: $500 Two Hours use of venue. Under 10 people. In person minister service and signed papers.
Recording of ceremony. 40-50 min photo shoot 40 edits. Additional edits $5 each. (no decorations)

Basic Venue Use for Photo shoot or small gathering $50 an hour under 10 people.
