McBride Sisters Black Girl Magic Moscato, California ($15) Wearing its 75 g/l of residual sugar with surprising panache, this hardly cloying Moscato sports jazzy notes of honey, apricot, and lychee plus splashes of cream and lemon-lime soda. Peachy acidity keeps its fleshy texture in check, rose petals dot the finish, and all in all it’s a cinch for pairing with Korean barbecue.
