We’ve been getting a lot of questions like “What are you making this week?”, so we wanted to share a quick reminder of how our ordering works:

Our full menu is always available through our pre-order link (link in bio).
We don’t rotate menu items week to week.

✔ If you pre-order it → we make it
✔ If it’s not ordered → we don’t prepare it
✔ Extras are not guaranteed, but we’ll announce here any additional quantities available after pre-orders. 😊
✔️ From time to time we may share last minute small-batch drops of new menu items.

This is how we’re able to keep everything fresh, reduce waste, and cook everything from scratch each week.

Pre-orders close today at 5pm for pick up tomorrow.

Indian, Arab, and East African cultures have long been connected, especially along the Swahili Coast, shaping the flavors we now know and love in Tanzanian cuisine.

Lameck’s version is his personal spin on a classic. Fragrant basmati rice layered with warm masala spices, potatoes, and green peas, paired with your choice of protein and our house-made sauce.

In Tanzania, biryani is everywhere, whether enjoyed as a street food favorite or served in sit-down restaurants for something a little more special.
