Alicia's passion and dedication continue to expand access to the arts by creating meaningful programs and impactful experiences for diverse communities throughout Buffalo and the surrounding region. WE ARE So TICKLED! Althea Castro de la Mata from WKBW Channel 7 News stopped by yesterday to check out Comedy on Cue, our first camp of the summer season! Comedy on Cue, a week long camp, allows young artists to join the Shea's comedy writer’s room and take a deep dive into joke structure, improvisation, and sketch comedy. Actors and writers will create a series of sketches all packed with punch lines on CUE! A final performance in the Shea's Smith Theatre let's family and friends join in on the fun! Jane and Jonah participated in coaching sessions for preliminary auditions, learned the opening number, went to Carmines for dinner, and got to see MJ the Musical on Broadway!
