Just sharing a little update to our process

A lot of work goes into custom event planning and design before you ever see a proposal — and I want to make sure each inquiry gets the time, creativity, and attention it deserves.

Because of that, a design retainer will now be required before custom proposals, mockups, or event concepts are created.

If you’re booking directly from a party menu, rentals, or pre-priced options, this doesn’t apply unless your event needs custom planning/design.
