Just sharing a little update to our process

A lot of work goes into custom event planning and design before you ever see a proposal — and I want to make sure each inquiry gets the time, creativity, and attention it deserves.

Because of that, a design retainer will now be required before custom proposals, mockups, or event concepts are created.

If you’re booking directly from a party menu, rentals, or pre-priced options, this doesn’t apply unless your event needs custom planning/design.

Part 2 breaking down the party into the details!

An atmosphere designed with both intention and feeling — where moody black draping, layered candlelight, and rich florals created depth, warmth, and an unmistakably refined tone. Structured glass elements brought height and contrast, while curated accents — including hand-prepped books with painted page edges, cascading pages, and dark fruits woven throughout — introduced movement, texture, and story across the tablescape.

A setting designed not just to be seen, but to be experienced — immersive, intimate, and unapologetically dramatic in all the right ways.

Just because the event ends… doesn’t mean we do.

Behind every setup is hours of prep and hours of cleanup — chipping wax, washing glass, spot-treating linens, and resetting every piece so it’s perfect for the next event.

It’s not glamorous, but it’s part of caring for our inventory and delivering the quality you expect and deserve every single time.
